raise your vibration quick!
What is your
vibration? Good Question. As humans we
are actually 100% pure energy. As pure energy we are vibrating at a certain
level. If you are vibrating at a higher
level you are bringing in more of your God self or Higher Self. If you are vibrating at a low level you are
not. The higher you vibrate the more connected you become to your source. You are able to bring in more God Source Zero
Point energy to your body. You start to open up your third eye. You have more energy. You start seeing more
of the light spectrum. Your heart Chakra opens up and you feel more love for yourself, mother earth and all
animals. You are much happier. As you start to work on raising your vibration
you will start to meet new people with the same vibration level. Like beget like. You will start noticing synchronicities within your life. You will start seeing
the signs from your Higher Self, Angels and guides. Numbers seem to be the biggest thing sign in
this awakening period. I mean who hasn’t
seen 11:11 Right. It is so important
that we raise our vibration now because we are helping mother earth raise her vibration. And if we all start to own our power, raise
our vibration and step into our authenticity we will start to move into a new
timeline during this ascension cycle. It
is your choice as you live on a freewill plane.
During the bifurcation of time you can either ascend or descend. If you raise your vibration you will ascend and live in that
timeline. If you descend because you
have a lower vibration you will live in that timeline. It is that easy. So it is imperative that you start raising
your vibrational level so that you ascend to the next dimension or
timeline. And that brings me full circle
to this video.
10 Ways to Raise your
Vibration Quick!
Number 1 - Love
yourself! – Seems fairly easy but I made this number one because I don’t
believe most people really love themselves.
They may think they do but if you really loved yourself you would
already be vibrating extremely high and not listening to this video. Loving yourself, your inner child, all the
bits and pieces of you is critical if you want to raise your vibration. I have an exercise to help you start loving
yourself more and more. I call it my
Mirror Exercise. We all look in the
mirror many times a day. Right. Brushing your teeth, combing your hair, putting
your makeup on. Taking a selfie. Whatever it is. But what we don’t do is really look at our self. I want you to look in the mirror directly
into your eyes and stare at yourself for 1 minute 3 times a day. Just look directly into your eyes for one whole
minute. What this does is build your
connection to your higher self and connects you to your inner child. Now I want you to say I Love You to yourself
in the mirror as you are looking in your eyes.
Then say some positive things about yourself. I Love How Funny You Are? I Love How Kind You Are? I love what a good cook you are. Have a positive conversation with yourself in
the mirror for 1 minute three times a day.
I suggest doing this activity immediately when you wake up. At lunch
time. Then before you go to bed. Guarantee you are going to see some big
results by doing this!
Number 2 of
10 ways to raise your vibration quick
Have an Attitude of Gratitude
throughout your day. We are so blessed but
I am not sure we realize how blessed we are sometimes. I know I take for granted so much in my
life. Changing your mindset to being grateful
is incredibly powerful and will help raise your vibrational level quickly. I find that saying Thank You in my head over
and over throughout the day makes me so happy. I get a rush of energy to my
body that sometimes makes me cry. It is
SO POWERFUL to just sit there and say THANK YOU over and over again. I just do it out of the blue. Not thanking any one thing. Just be thankful
to be thankful. This will change you and
you will start to seeing you are becoming more heart centered, you have more
patience, you have more love for everything and everyone.
Number 3 of
10 ways to raise your vibration quick
I want you to smile and laugh more. We don’t smile enough, we don’t laugh enough. Everything is sooo serious. You need to laugh people. You need to smile people. And you need to laugh and smile with
people! Have you ever seen Monsters Inc
the movie? If not I highly recommend it
because it is all about raising your vibration.
Who da thought right? So in Monster
Inc. the Monsters scare the children at night on earth so they can capture
their energy to fuel their world. Scary
how close this is to our current realty.
But in the end they figure out that by making the children laugh they
were able to harvest 100 times more energy from them. Do you get where I am going here. Laughing raises your vibration by 100 times. Your body feels so great after a good
laugh. It has been scientifically proven
that you brain synapses make new connections, your body will start to heal
itself, your energy raises. Laughing
does the heart good! And so does
smiling. When you are doing your mirror
work I want you to smile at yourself..
Yes give yourself a huge big toothy eye loving smile. And then I want you to take that smile out
with you all day. And start smiling at
people. Put that phone away, and get to
smiling. Say hi, give a big heart felt
smile to everyone you see. You will
truly be amazed when you get a smile back.
The energy is off the hook and will make you and the person feel
absolutely amazing! WE NEED MORE SMILING
IN THIS WORLD.
Number 4 of
10 ways to raise your vibration quick
Start listening to positive
affirmations. Your subconscious needs to be reprogrammed like computer software
to hold a higher vibration. The way to
do this is through your environment. There
have been a plethora of studies that show listening to positive affirmations
during your sleep cycle and wake cycle will absolutely start to change your
entire being. I personally listen to positive
affirmations when I sleep. When I wake
up in the morning I listen to a 15 minute positive affirmation video. When I exercise I listen to positive
affirmations. I want happy, positive,
loving kind words being streamed to my subconscious constantly. I guarantee that if you start to incorporate positive
affirmations into your daily life for 30 days you will start to see a huge
change in your attitude, your health, your well being and you will raise your
vibration.
Number 5 of
10 ways to raise your vibration quick
Halfway there! So We are currently
living in a Service to Self paradigm. We
must shift this to a Service to Others. Greed, Consumerism, selfishness,
survival of the fittest, power, narcissism are just a few examples of service to
self. IT has gotten way out of
control. Not only are we killing mother
earth but we are killing ourselves. And
it is getting worse and worse by the minute.
You can’t raise your vibration if you are service to self. WILL NOT WORK. You have to get into a new mindset of service
to others. Could be as simple as opening
a door for someone at the grocery store.
Giving up your seat to an elderly person. Cleaning up the trash at a park. Planting a garden. Saying please and thank
you. Maybe you really want to go there and volunteer somewhere. Giving money is great but it is the little
things we do everyday that will really raise your vibration. Kindness is next to godliness. WE MUST ADJUST OUR BEHAVIOR to a more gentle society
if we are ever to ascend.
Number 6 of
10 ways to raise your vibration quick
You must change the type of food you
eat. Sorry but this is a show
stopper. If you eat poorly you will
never raise your vibration. You are what
you eat Right. Absolutely. All food has a vibrational level. Living food is higher in vibration then dead
food. Fact of life can’t change it sorry
it is what it is. It took me 50 years to
change my eating habits. Yep I just
dated myself. Eating raw fresh food will
help you raise your vibration faster than eating any other types of food. Raw food is living food. Here we go.
I know you already know what I am going to say. Stop eating meat. We kill 65 billion animals a year for our consumption. And we kill those animals in the most
inhumane way. It is torture what we do
to them. Then you eat this meat. The meat is dead meaning no energy what so
ever in it. Then on top of that the meat
has fear energy implanted on it. Which is
a double whammy as now you have put that in your body. Not to mention our body is not made to digest
meat. How in the world are you going to
raise your vibration if you eat a no vibrational food. Your not!
Lets keep going now. Processed
foods. Do I even have to say it. NO
PROCESSED FOODS. Dairy, eggs, cheese, fish,
bread, sweets, soda’s, energy drinks, and the lovely Frankenstein foods. NO NO NO!
Do yourself a favor and eat fruits, vegetables, nuts and pure
unadulterated water. Your body will
SING with happiness and YOU WILL RAISE YOUR VIBRATION QUICK!
Number 7 of
10 ways to raise your vibration quick
Shew the last one was a doozy. This one is gonna be doozy too. Stop your extra curricular bad habits Yes you
know what I am talking about. Don’t try
and sit there like you don’t. Stop
smoking, drinking and doing any type of drugs.
These crappy habits will lower your vibration faster than a cat can jump
out of a bath. I had a horrible smoking
habit for years. I MEAN YEARS I also had a horrible wine habit for
years. I mean years. And I had a drug habit, meaning I took ibuprofen
and allergy medicine almost everyday of my life. It took me forever to quit. And I mean forever. But you know what did it. I woke up one day and said this is the day I
am going to change my life forever. I am
going to stop giving my power away.
Because that is what you do when you smoke, drink and take any type of drugs. Pharma or not. You give your energy away to these bad
habits. They control you. They take you over. Your decision making goes out the
window. You become their bitch. You have no control over your life and you
become their whipping post. STOP the
insanity. This is no easy process. I had to literally lay low for like 6
months No seeing my friends, no talking
on the phone to anyone ( that was a huge trigger), I started walking when I would
usually open a bottle of wine. I started
meditating non stop. I took hot
baths. I went to bed at literally 7:30
every night. I became a hermit. I had too.
YOU CAN Not Up your Vibration and make massive changes in your life until you drop the bad habits! It is what is is and it ain't easy. But I can tell you once you get to the other
side. You will be so proud of
yourself. You will feel so fantastic that
you can’t believe you were ever a slave to that crap.
Number 8 of 10
ways to raise your vibration quick
Stop watching and listening to low vibe
programming. Remember number 4 on this
list, Well these two go hand in hand. Let
me give you a little history lesson about our music. In 1939 Joseph Goebbels who was the minister
of propaganda in Nazi Germany ordered all 432HZ tuning forks be replaced. At
the time instruments were tuned to 432HZ which is in harmony with the vibration
of the universe. Get where this is
going. He replaced all the 432 HZ tuning
forks with 440HZ tuning forks. The tone LA at 432HZ is a balance point in nature. It has its roots in the The Golden Ratio and
combines the properties of light, time, space, matter, DNA and our consciousness.
The root frequency is 8HZ which is the earths frequency. When we listen to 432HZ the brain is relaxed,
we connect to Universe, Earth and raise our vibration. 440HZ was intentionally done as it is not in
tune with Earth, humanity or the universe.
And when listening to 440 HZ it makes us tired and apathetic. Lets move on to Television or Tel Lies
through Vision. This includes movies
too. The subconscious picks up on signs
and subliminal messages which then in turn affects your vibration. The movie
industry or Hollywood is famous for putting all kinds of crazy subliminal messages
and signs in television shows and movies to lower your vibration. Not to mention the news which is there to
make you fearful about everything which in turn lowers your vibration. Your emotions are a key to how you vibrate. Anger, fear, jealousy, greed, violence will
lower your vibration in a millisecond. Don’t
go there for your sake. Feed your
subconscious with love, laughter, kindness, happiness and you will raise your
vibration quickly.
Number 9 of
10 ways to raise your vibration
This is an easy one and there are many
benefits besides just raising your vibration.
Exercise! Yes your dog needs it and
so do you! Exercise is an easy way to
lift your spirits, release those beautiful endorphins, keep your heart healthy
and of course raise your vibration. I
like to walk my dog everyday and as I said before listen to some really
positive affirmations. Sometimes I put
on some 432 HZ music which my subconscious just bathes in. That is just my thing. The more you move the more you raise your
vibration. Vacuuming, albeit not something
I like to do for exercise, but I have 3 teens so I do it often is great for
raising your vibration. Any thing that gets
your heart pumping and blood circulating is fantastic for your body, mind and
spirit. It is amazing to me when I feel
crappy and I DON”T WANT TO EXERCISE. I
am to tired, I have low energy, I just want to lie on the couch, be lazy and
watch that stupid Tel Lies Vision. But then
my awesome dog comes over and looks at me in eye. Telepathically says lets go dude we got to
raise our vibration. God bless my dog

least Number 10 of 10 ways to raise your vibration
Meditation, Meditation, Meditation. Did you know this was going to be the last
one? I wanted Meditation to be last as
to me this is by far the fastest way to raise your vibration and make huge changes
in your life. If I didn’t meditate 1
thru 9 would never have happened. When I
say Meditation there are all kinds of different ways people do this. I personally think of Meditation as anything
that has helped me get connected to my god consciousness. There are many words people use whether it is
higher self, higher power, universe, source, divinity, whatever works for you. But my point is my meditation isn’t sitting
by myself lost in my thoughts for hours on end.
Sure I can do that but for me meditation is a whole different
thing. When I walk I am meditating. When I sit down at the river to watch my dog
swim I am meditating. When I watch YouTube
videos’ of my spiritual mentors I am meditating. When I am reading about spiritual stuff I am
meditating. When I sit in my hot tub I am meditating. When I am working in my
garden I am meditating. When I mow the
grass I am meditating. Do you get where
I am going. Anytime I am alone I am
going deeper into my authentic self which is helping me connect to my god consciousness
which is raising my vibration! And that
is helping me ascend to become a more caring, loving, kind spiritual being!
